Reflection: what I think this quote means is that to stop being lazy and put some work in it. If you want to achieve something do it and do it right so you can get a good grade or get paid well. Stop procrastinating and do it. for example if you have a project done and you do what ever just to finish it and do a sloppy work you'll get a bad grade.
