Reflection: what I think this quote means is that if you have a group of friends that are determined to reach a dream other theirs then that is a person you can hang out with. For example if I have a friend who doesn't do anything about school then I would get influenced by them. So you should choose a friend who knows what they are going to be. So they can help you and your dream or goal.
